How it all started...
Over 160 years ago a few followers of Jesus saw the need for a congregation to be started in this area. They had experienced the joy of knowing Jesus and the eternal hope that is found through Him. So, through much sacrifice and a deep love for people, this congregation was started.
Many changes have happen over the years. All these changes, though sometimes hard, were done to further the spread of the gospel. Throughout the years we have had the honor of leading thousands of different people on their faith journey.

Where we are headed...
In 2019 the congregation decided that our community needed a safe place for people to come and take their next steps toward God. With so much wrong in the world, we want to provide hope for a better life, a better future in Jesus. To embrace this new direction, we decided to go all-in by changing our programs, emphasis, and ultimately even our name to Hope Christian. With this new mission to bring hope to the world, we look forward to seeing God provide hope to hundreds of people in the next few years as we seek to serve Jesus.
